There is no direct integration with a registry system. This allows users to use our repository function for multiple purposes and to deal with multiple third parties.
Electronic signatures with our minute books platform is available with DocuSign or ConsignO. Please speak to our representatives for details.
MinuteBooks offer a standard pricing plan starting at $49/Entity per year. We understand, however, that every firm is different and may have different needs when it comes to managing their legal documents. Flexible pricing plans may be available. Training and support is available to our MinuteBooks users and is included as part of our plans.
All electronic minute book documents are completely secure as information stored in our cloud is encrypted at rest. Additional security includes TLS, AES-256 Encryption, Multi-Factor Authentication, and User Permissions
Legal documents are digitized through the service bureau by Consentia's scanning service or can be performed at the client's preferred location with our team on site.
Getting started with MinuteBooks begins with our team working with you and providing consultation to meet your needs. Our team will then work with the client on the best and most convenient migration process to digtiize the minute books over to our platform.
